Carol is a Camp Director with Outset at ECU. Carol is a graduate of Grove City College and has over a decade of experiencing managing camp and camp programs for the YMCA and other organizations.
We have three core values that inform everything we do at Outset. These values are simple, but every decision we make about programming or strategy is guided by these principles.
